My journey to faith began at an early age. I grew up in church but only came to true saving faith while attending university. During that time, I joined Athletes in Action, a Christian sports group, where I learned what a genuine relationship with Christ truly means. Now, years later, I serve with the same ministry on campus! Daru and I met at Shore Baptist Church in 2023, where we are both church members.
The church has been such a blessing to me—honestly, one that is too great for words. I believe that The Commission can be a powerful tool to spread the gospel. We aim to do this by creating biblically inspired clothing, which can serve as a simple conversation starter. So much joy and growth have come personally from this brand, and it is an honor to share it with you all!

I grew up in a Christian home, I was taught and shown the mercies and the beauty of Christ and still, I ended up being an agnostic for most of my teenage life. The Lord has been faithful to me from my youth, even when I was not. He has made me able to love Him and enjoy Him because of the love that He has shown me first.
Today, I am passionate about spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world. I also find it essential to see those people that respond in faith to get involved in a solid local church, nothing is more critical for the disciple of Christ to be discipled.
So my mission statement is simple: love people by spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and His salvific plan to save a lost humanity, equip the saints and continue to build the body of Christ for His glory. This is exactly what we strive to do here at The Commission.
